We offer primary care visits for ages 6 months to the elder golden years. Visits can include lab testing and screenings to ensure you and your family are in optimal health. EKG’s are performed on all patients over the age of 40 during a primary care visit.

Urgent care hours extend through the night at the discretion and availability of the Mission Haven Rediemed (MHR) Team. Urgent care visits can treat many acute illnesses and chronic conditions that have flairs requiring treatments. Breathing treatments, IV fluids, medications, and wound repairs are just a few of the services offered. We even have an electric ring cutter and wood’s lamp (used for the evaluation of ocular trauma and pain along with some skin conditions) for other urgent care needs.

Concierge packages are for your convenience of having a provider for both primary care and urgent care needs with the flexibility of the provider coming to your home or business with hours that meet your very busy life demands. Discounts on other services are available after purchase of a concierge package.

Sports Physicals are offered with an EKG if needed. You provide the sports physical form and our provider will assess your athlete to complete the needed paperwork. All of this is offered at the convenience of your location selection with many time slots available for booking.

We offer suturing of simple lacerations along with stapling and wound glue when necessary. These repairs are offered at your preferred location and with extended hours that provide much accessibility in an effort to meet the needs of your loved ones without ever having to go to the emergency department. Using MHR keeps you from having to pay high deductible prices and prevents exposures to illnesses that might be obtained in the urgent cares and emergency settings during a wound repair.

Texas is known for its allergies, and often allergy relief includes simple treatments. A consultation can establish a plan of care to minimize allergen exposures and medication can be provided when necessary.

Point of Care Testing is offered with the ease of testing in your home. These tests include: COVID testing, COVID PCR testing, Drug testing, Flu Screenings, Glucose, Hemoglobin level, Mono, Pregnancy, RSV, Strep, and Urine dip. Testing results are available quickly so a plan of care can be established to have you and your loved ones on the road to healing as soon as possible and minimize exposure to others.

A complete lab assessment and evaluation is offered and medication suggested to help optimize hormone levels to achieve balance that will promote an overall quality of health of both men and women.

Diet and lifestyle modifications are offered and can include medication management after a complete set of lab testing is performed. Weekly coaching sessions that can be in person or online help achieve goals that obtain maximum long-term results.

IV fluid replacement and medication administered by mouth, intramuscular or intravenous are available for a treatment plan that best treats a specific illness.

Immunizations for your specific needs are available by special order after a primary care visit for evaluation has been completed. COVID vaccinations are not available but assistance in finding a local site that has those vaccinations is offered to everyone at no charge.
